The trial dates for 2012 are now on the website > 2012 calendar

The pictures from the last trial in 2011 at Kilchrist and the pictures from the prize giving are now also on the website.

Remember, to ride Skye trials you have to be a member of the Isle of Skye trials club, and have a valid SACU trials licence. If you didn't get this in the post you can get it from > Membership & Trial entry Forms

Christmas Dinner

All members have received a copy of the Christmas menu by email (if you don't please email Chris on chris.eckl@gmail.com). These were also handed out at the trial on the 20th. Can names and cheques be forwarded to Rose-Mary made out to Skye Trials Club. We really need numbers ASAP to keep the hotel informed.

I appreciate that people haven’t had their trophy’s long but can they please be returned to Graeme/Rose-Mary's house, so they can be given out to this years winners at the Christmas dinner.

Kilmuir Trial Cancelled

The Kilmuir trial on the 23rd of October has been cancelled due to very bad weather/rain. 

The trial has now been postponed to the 30th of October (next week), rain or shine!

Apologies for any inconveniences that this has caused for anyone.

Next Trial at Heaste

2011 Team Trial

Today, myself, Greame and Mat went to the annual team trial held by the Perth & District MCC in Monzie, to represent the Isle of Skye Trials Club. Unfortunately we couldn't get a whole team together, but next year with a little better communication and preperation, we will hopefully get a youth and an adult team together.
The trial itself was great. The severety of the sections was just right, the venue was also great with most of the sections in the burn.
All in all it was well worth the long drive, and I hope to see everyone at the Heaste trial on the 9th of October.

New Date for the Kishorn 2 Day Trial

The new date is Saturday, the 17th of September and it has been changed to only a 1 Day Trial.

This trial is not a championship round, it has a trophy of it's own.

Kishorn 2-Day Trial Cancelled

The Kishorn trial has been posponed untill a further date due to a bad weather forecast.

The Kishorn and Kilmuir results are now finally on the site after a long wait.

Graeme has also written a piece on Round five at Kilmuir.
